Information on VIP access credentials.

What is a VIP Access credential?

VIP Access credential helps protect your accounts and your identity by requiring a higher level of security when you conduct online transactions. To use VIP Access credential, launch the VIP application from your mobile phone or desktop, and note the unique security code. Then, sign in to from your desktop with your user name, password, and the unique security code. VIP Access generates a new security code automatically every 30 seconds.

How do I register the VIP credential?

You will be prompted the first time you log in to your portal account to register the VIP Access credential. You will also need to enter the security code, which is a 6-character code. To locate the Credential ID, first launch the VIP Access application and the 12 character Credential ID is located on the main page.

How is a VIP access credential removed?

Only your Enterprise Manager can remove your credential.  The Enterprise Manager logs into the portal and clicks on Manager user, located under the My Account menu, selects the users name and then clicks Remove credential.

My security code does not work. What should I do?

The VIP Access application may have gotten out-of-sync with the time server. Make sure that your device has the right date and time configured. Relaunch the application if you have recently changed or corrected the Date/Time.
